last week we held our first balloon challenge and asked people what we should make out of balloons. An Alpaca was the winner, Penguin with a pink parasol came in second with Honey Boo Boo child (a surprise write in) coming in third.

Delivery today – a Ninjago. Made for a little boy who is recovering from surgery.
I love Zaarly. People aren’t limited by the few things I can think up. I can advertise that I will make a custom sculpture – then we are able to talk back and forth until everything is just right. Of course it’s possible to do that elsewhere, but Zaarly just simplified it for me. Simple is always better, especially when selling things online. Do you follow us on facebook? You should! If only so you can participate in the weekly balloon challenge.
Starting this week I’m inviting people to challenge us by dreaming up a wild balloon – and we’ll give it our all. Add your suggestion by visiting http://www.fb.com/balloonsrfun Post your suggestion! We were lucky enough to set up at Broadway & Penn – a FANTASTIC boutique in the Crossroads district. Made this dress for display. We will be there again next month – August 2. Not sure what over the top thing we will make, but I promise that it’s going to be cool! Check us out and be sure to visit Broadway & Penn on facebook – then in person. https://www.facebook.com/bandpkc I didn’t get a photo until the end of the night, but it held up pretty well.
Maker Faire was a blast. It’s one of my favorite events every year. This year we made a large (6ft) Tardis.
A fast fairy outfit for a happy young lady. She work lots of flowers in her long braided hair and had a great time showing off her outfit at the First Friday event at the Crossroads Arts District in Kansas City
